Mark T. Fliegauf is Practitioner Fellow in Hybrid Work at WZB’s Globalization, Work & Production research group and an Executive Director at Think Productive WESA (West & South Asia).
Mark is reimagining work as Executive Director at Think Productive WESA (West & South Asia). Envisioning a world where everyone can excel with clarity, confidence and calm, he is training, consulting & coaching organizations how to be more focused, more productive and healthier at work. He has worked with clients in IT, aviation, biopharmaceuticals, logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods & the beyond profit sector including S&P 100 and DAX 30 corporations.
Prior to joining Think Productive, Mark co-founded On Purpose Berlin and lead remotely On Purpose’s offices in London, Paris and Berlin as interim CEO.
Mark read Political Science at the University of Munich, Tokyo and Harvard and was an academic visitor at Oxford’s Department of Economics. In recognition of his philanthropic leadership, he was awarded with carrying the Olympic torch at the 2012 Games in London.
