David Prinz is a student research assistant in the research group "Quantification and Social Regulation" at the WZB-coordinated Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. He is studying social sciences (M.A.) at the Humboldt University of Berlin. In 2019 he studied abroad at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris). From November 2017 to February 2018, he supported the research project "Big Data & Nudging – Regulation by Big Data and Behavioural Sciences" at HIIG. His studies and interests focus on digitalization, political theory, in particular post-structuralism, cybernetics and the field of governmental and regulatory technologies.
