Dr. Hendrik Woiwode
Hendrik Woiwode is a postdoctoral fellow and acting head of the project "Interdisciplinarity and Research Creativity: New Ways of Exploitation". He studied social sciences (sociology, political science and social psychology) at the Universities of Bielefeld and Hannover with a minor in economics with a special focus on organisational and scientific research (M.A. degree). He received his doctorate degree from the Department of Organization and Management at the University of Hamburg on questions of governance and organization of science. He teaches Governance and Organization of Science at Humboldt University. He worked in various research projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research on the management, organization and governance of science and knowledge-intensive activities. He gained additional practical experience in governmental institutions as well as in organizational and personnel development.
