Short bio
Mark Rackles is a visiting fellow in the research group of the WZB President until March 2023. For many years he was State Secretary of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family in Berlin. Since 2019 he has been working as a freelance consultant and publicist in the field of education. His research interests relate to educational governance issues, transfer and interface aspects (science / politics / practice) and the analysis of educational inequalities.
