In her dissertation Franziska Kößler is going to examine social processes in work teams. In her studies she focusses on conflicts, co-worker support, and cohesion. She is interested in how those processes affect the team members' well-being and stress. Moreover, she is looking at individual factors that might alter the effects of social processes on well-being.
