Prof. Dr. Bernhard Zangl

Bernhard Zangl, professor of global governance at the Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich, was a guest WZB fellow from March to September 2010 at the research unit Transnational Conflicts and International Institutions. During his residence, he worked on the article "The politicization of International Institutions: Empirical Evidence from the Global Economic Governance" with Thomas Rixen, and the course "Introduction to International Relations" along with Michael Zürn and Alexander Spencer (LMU Munich). Bernhard Zangl was also a guest at the TKI unit from March 2008 to August 2008. His research, then, focused on the transformation of the state and the legalization of international politics.
