Clara Bicalho Maia Correia

Clara Bicalho was a pre-doctoral research fellow in the Institutions and Political Inequality unit. She received a B.A. in Political Science from New York University Abu Dhabi and later worked at the NYU Center for Technology and Economic Development. Her research examined the determinants of migration and its socioeconomic outcomes, specifically among Indian and Uganda migrants in the GCC countries. At the WZB she will be focusing on immigration in Germany as well as contributing to the various projects of the unit.
