Florian Hollenbach

Florian Hollenbach, PhD Candidate at Duke University, was a guest in the Research Unit Inequality and Social Policy during May and June 2013. Florian Hollenbach's research concerns fiscal policy in non-democratic regimes and the development of fiscal capacity by authoritarian elites. He is especially interested how inequality effects the propensity for elites to invest in fiscal capacity. While at the WZB he will be focussing on the emergence and development of fiscal capacity in historical Prussia.
