Since May 2017 Melinda Erdmann is a research fellow of the president’s research group. Within the project “Zukunfts- und Berufspläne vor dem Abitur” she focuses on post-secondary education decisions and educational inequality. Previously she was an associated researcher in the joint research project “First Year Experiences and Study Success” funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research at the University of Potsdam.
