Pavel Šatra was a student research assistant in the project Parliamentary Democracy in Europe (November 2015 until June 2016) as well as in the Global Governance Unit at WZB (March 2014 until September 2016). He pursues a PhD degree in the doctoral program Democracy under Stress at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany. The dissertation project is entitled Autocracies’ Counterintuitive Delegation Preferences to International Human Rights Organizations.
