Dr. Sueda Evirgen
Research Fellow of the Research Group
Fatma Sueda Evirgen joined the WZB as a postdoctoral researcher in the Research Group Information, Incentives, Inequality. She received her Ph.D. from Tilburg University in 2025. Her research examines redistribution choices and how they are shaped by discriminatory preferences, ethnic diversity, stereotypes, and normative principles. She also studies institutional settings and how vulnerability within these contexts influences economic decision-making. In addition to her academic work, she is the co-founder of Animetrics, a research organization dedicated to animal advocacy.
