CV

Tine Stein was a member of the research unit 'Transnational Conflicts and International Institutions' from October 2007 to September 2008 and Heisenberg Scholarship holderat the Rule of Law Center between April and August 2009. Previously, she carried out research and instructed in the fields of Political Theory as well as legal foundations of Politics at the Free University Berlin, the New School for Social Research, New York, the University of Cologne and two years as a temporary professor for Political Theory at the University of Bremen. At the WZB, her research project dealt with 'private' engagement and public interests in transnational areas and with the cosmopolitan citizen as political actor. She currently works as a professor of political science at the Institute of Social Sciences at the CAU Kiel.
