On the digital casting couch? Sexual harassment in creative industries in times of digitalization
Abstract
This doctoral thesis aims to shed light on structural and workplace culture conditions in the creative industries that may possibly foster workplace sexual harassment and violence. Its main interest lies in digital or technology-facilitated sexual violence. Following a mixed methods approach, the magnitude of this phenomenon as well as possible prevention measures will be examined.
