Salome Topuria

Salome Topuria completed her PhD in Political Science at the University of Kassel and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. From June 1 to July 31, 2026, she was hosted by the WZB research group “Globalization, Work and Production” as an Early Career Visiting Scholar. Salome’s research focuses on the political economy of industrial policy and the twin transition. During her stay at the WZB, she examined Germany’s industrial strategy for the automotive sector and how geopolitical shifts and technological change are affecting it.
